Ziplock New Years Pancakes!

When the kids and hubby are sick, that calls for Chocolate Chip w/ Sprinkles New Years Pancakes!

There's no fancy recipe! Just add all of your fave pancake making ingredients (it's true I used the just add water kind because when my peeps are sick there's no time for getting fancy!) into a freezer zip lock baggie, massage until well mixed and cut the bottom corner (less than 1/4" inch) like you would a cupcake frosting baggie. You know what I'm talking about! Spray a hot (on medium heat) pan or skillet with butter or Pam and start using your creative elementary skills to squeeze out some batter into the shape of some fun numbers. FYI it takes some practice, my "6" took 3 tries before I really liked the way it looked.

Happy New Year! I'm off to take care of my boys.

Love ya!
P.S. This is my very first post on this new site!

I've never had the best handwriting and was the only 8th grader who typed up their homework. I used my mom's old school MSDOS computer and would save it on huge floppy disks, LOL. How grateful I am to get to use a fancy Mac these days. I absolutely love designing anything to help make life easier. I've loved it since I designed my very first digital logo back in 1999 for my DJ biz. I dream of someday owning a print & copy shop, until then, you can download and use my free printables or have me personalize a digital invite from my Etsy shop for you.
