Be the Chocolate Chip Standards Night w/ Invite

My sweet friend reached out to me and asked me to design an invite to match the "Be a Chocolate Chip" theme based on this book by Jen Brewer & Amy Stucky with the LDS message "to stay firm and strong, and to be the chocolate chips in the cookies of life." This one was so much fun because well...chocolate! I've come too close to finishing off an ENTIRE bag of Guittard Milk Chocolate Chips in one day. So, it's safe to say this message is a powerful one for me, since I can take the "be a chocolate chip" seriously and really apply it to my life. ;)

Here's some fun pics from her event (with permission of course). Thanks for sharing them with me Kristi!!!
She is currently the Stake Young Women's President in an LDS Stake in Provo, UT. She was one amazing Young Women's Pres here in our ward while she lived just around the corner. Sure miss her and her talented family. Glad she lets us stay in touch. ;)

Be inspired!

I designed the invite (edited slightly for her activity of course) - Order yours from my Etsy shop, quick turn around time.

Get the Book! (No, I haven't figured out the affiliate thing on amazon yet, so I won't get paid if you get the book, so just get it, it's perfect.)

"The Chocolate Chip became famous for its ability to stand firm against the heat of the oven. Be the Chocolate Chip helps to bring to life the qualities that help us as followers of Christ and members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints stand strong and firm in a world of ever-increasing heat. Jen and Amy outline four steps that we can follow each and every day to stay firm and strong, and to be the chocolate chips in the cookies of life."

The Book with the Message: to be like the chocolate chip (firm and strong) in the cookies of life.

Full delish display!

How cute are these bottles of milk.

She said her and her counselors made 200 cookies each! Thats 600 cookies. Wished I could have been there.

Pop of color!

Need these!

What darling signs and metal stants!
